This class we will learn how to wrap a stone using the skills we learned in the first class.
I will supply the wire, ruler/mat, misc other tools and a cab to wrap, plus other embellishment stones. We will be using silver colored wire to learn with. At the 2nd class I will bring silver plus an assortment of colored wire in case you want to use it to wrap your stone. All the wire I supply will be colored copper core wire. We will not be using sterling silver or gold-filled wire.
You will need some tools of your own tools.
Square or flat-nosed pliers
Round nosed pliers
Dual-Point nosed pliers (sometimes called rosary pliers)
Plus if you have your own cab you want to use I suggest approx a 1 1/2″ oval cab.
The fees is $15. This covers all supplies for both classes.
Please pay me at the June General meeting or anytime via PayPal. I am registered under the email address of email@example.com. I do not want to collect or exchange any money at the library.
If you have not already registered for the classes but would like to attend, please email me with your name, email address and phone number. You can send an email through the contact page on our website www.cascademineralogicalsociety.org. I need to know how many people are attending so I can bring enough supplies.
Looking forward to seeing everyone. Kat Koch
